(1)進(jìn)料裝置;進(jìn)料裝置一般采用螺旋進(jìn)料器,依靠電磁調(diào)速電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)并調(diào)節(jié)秸稈物料的進(jìn)料量,螺旋進(jìn)料器不僅能夠保證連續(xù)均勻地進(jìn)料,而且能夠有效地將氣化爐與外部隔絕密閉起來(lái),使氣化所需空氣只能由鼓風(fēng)機(jī)控制進(jìn)入氣化爐。

(5)控制系統(tǒng);控制系統(tǒng)主要由電控柜、熱電偶、溫度顯示儀、壓力表以及風(fēng)量控制閥構(gòu)成,有需要時(shí)還可以增加電腦自動(dòng)化監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)。
