The typical straw gasification power generation process is mainly composed of six parts: feed device, gas generation system, gas purification system, gas power generation system, control system and wastewater treatment system.

（1）進(jìn)料裝置；進(jìn)料裝置一般采用螺旋進(jìn)料器，依靠電磁調(diào)速電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)并調(diào)節(jié)秸稈物料的進(jìn)料量，螺旋進(jìn)料器不僅能夠保證連續(xù)均勻地進(jìn)料，而且能夠有效地將氣化爐與外部隔絕密閉起來(lái)，使氣化所需空氣只能由鼓風(fēng)機(jī)控制進(jìn)入氣化爐。

(1) Feeding device; The feeding device generally adopts a screw feeder, which is driven by an electromagnetic speed-regulating motor and regulates the feeding amount of straw materials. The screw feeder can not only ensure continuous and uniform feeding, but also effectively isolate and seal the gasifier from the outside, so that the air required for gasification can only be controlled by the blower to enter the gasifier.

（2）燃?xì)獍l(fā)生系統(tǒng)；燃?xì)獍l(fā)生系統(tǒng)主要由進(jìn)風(fēng)機(jī)、氣化爐和排渣螺旋裝置構(gòu)成。氣化爐有固定床氣化爐、流化床氣化爐等不同形式，但主要采用循環(huán)流化床氣化爐。農(nóng)作物秸稈在氣化爐中轉(zhuǎn)化為可燃?xì)怏w，氣化后產(chǎn)生的灰分由排渣螺旋裝置及時(shí)排出爐外。

(2) Gas generation system; The gas generation system is mainly composed of inlet fan, gasifier and slag removal screw device. The gasifier has different forms, such as fixed bed gasifier and fluidized bed gasifier, but mainly uses circulating fluidized bed gasifier. Crop straw is converted into combustible gas in the gasifier, and the ash generated after gasification is timely discharged from the furnace by the slag removal screw device.

（3）燃?xì)鈨艋到y(tǒng)；秸稈氣化后產(chǎn)生的可燃?xì)夂写罅康姆蹓m、灰分、焦油等，需經(jīng)過(guò)凈化處理后才能用于發(fā)電。對(duì)于固體顆粒和細(xì)粉塵的去除一般選用多級(jí)除塵技術(shù)，如慣性除塵器、旋風(fēng)除塵器、文丘里洗滌器、電除塵器等。可燃?xì)庵薪褂偷娜コ话悴捎梦胶退吹姆椒?，主要設(shè)備是兩個(gè)串聯(lián)的噴淋洗氣塔。

(3) Gas purification system; The combustible gas produced after straw gasification contains a large amount of dust, ash, tar, etc., which can be used for power generation only after purification. For the removal of solid particles and fine dust, multi-stage dust removal technology is generally adopted, such as inertial dust collector, cyclone dust collector, venturi scrubber, electric dust collector, etc. Tar in combustible gas is generally removed by adsorption and water washing, and the main equipment is two spray gas washing towers in series.

（4）燃?xì)獍l(fā)電系統(tǒng)；燃?xì)獍l(fā)電系統(tǒng)主要有內(nèi)燃機(jī)發(fā)電系統(tǒng)、燃?xì)廨啓C(jī)發(fā)電系統(tǒng)和燃?xì)鈨?nèi)燃機(jī)組發(fā)電系統(tǒng)三種。內(nèi)燃機(jī)發(fā)電系統(tǒng)以簡(jiǎn)單的內(nèi)燃機(jī)組為主，可以單獨(dú)燃用低熱值燃?xì)猓部梢匀細(xì)?、油兩用，其設(shè)備技術(shù)成熟可靠，乃常用設(shè)備。燃?xì)廨啓C(jī)發(fā)電系統(tǒng)對(duì)燃?xì)獾馁|(zhì)量要求較高，而且需要較高的自動(dòng)化控制水平和燃?xì)廨啓C(jī)改造技術(shù)水平，所以單用燃?xì)廨啓C(jī)的秸稈發(fā)電技術(shù)較少。燃?xì)?蒸汽聯(lián)用混合發(fā)電技術(shù)是在內(nèi)燃機(jī)、燃?xì)廨啓C(jī)發(fā)電的基礎(chǔ)上增加余熱蒸汽的聯(lián)合循環(huán)，可以有效提高效率，燃?xì)?蒸汽聯(lián)合循環(huán)的秸稈發(fā)電系統(tǒng)一般采用燃?xì)廨啓C(jī)發(fā)電設(shè)備。

(4) Gas power generation system; Gas power generation system mainly includes internal combustion engine power generation system, gas turbine power generation system and gas internal combustion unit power generation system. The internal combustion engine power generation system is mainly composed of simple internal combustion units, which can be used to burn low calorific value gas alone or both gas and oil. Its equipment technology is mature and reliable, and it is a common equipment. Gas turbine power generation system requires high quality of gas, and requires high automation control level and gas turbine transformation technology level, so straw power generation technology of gas turbine alone is less. Gas-steam combined hybrid power generation technology is a combined cycle that adds waste heat steam on the basis of internal combustion engine and gas turbine power generation, which can effectively improve efficiency. The straw power generation system of gas-steam combined cycle generally uses gas turbine power generation equipment.

（5）控制系統(tǒng)；控制系統(tǒng)主要由電控柜、熱電偶、溫度顯示儀、壓力表以及風(fēng)量控制閥構(gòu)成，有需要時(shí)還可以增加電腦自動(dòng)化監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)。

(5) Control system; The control system is mainly composed of electric control cabinet, thermocouple, temperature indicator, pressure gauge and air volume control valve. If necessary, computer automatic monitoring system can also be added.

（6）廢水處理系統(tǒng)；秸稈氣化發(fā)電產(chǎn)生的廢水一般采用過(guò)濾吸附、生物法處理或者化學(xué)混凝法等處理，然后循環(huán)利用。

(6) Wastewater treatment system; The wastewater from straw gasification and power generation is generally treated by filtration adsorption, biological treatment or chemical coagulation, and then recycled.
