一、沼氣發(fā)電機(jī)組的啟動(dòng)注意事項(xiàng)

1、 Precautions for starting biogas generator sets

1、先檢查：循環(huán)水，潤滑油，氣路。

1. First check: circulating water, lubricating oil, and air circuit.

2、打開氣路開關(guān)，扭開電瓶鑰匙（打開電磁閥開關(guān)，確定轉(zhuǎn)速控制開關(guān)處于怠速狀態(tài)）按下啟動(dòng)開關(guān)。

2. Turn on the gas circuit switch, turn on the battery key (turn on the solenoid valve switch, make sure the speed control switch is in idle state), and press the start switch.

3、沼氣發(fā)電機(jī)組啟動(dòng)后，先怠速運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，等到水溫和油溫升高，大約45度左右。將轉(zhuǎn)速開關(guān)撥至額定轉(zhuǎn)速。

3. After starting the biogas generator set, idle it first and wait for the water temperature and oil temperature to rise, about 45 degrees. Turn the speed switch to the rated speed.

4、沼氣發(fā)電機(jī)組按額定轉(zhuǎn)速運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)幾分鐘，合上發(fā)電機(jī)端高壓電輸出開關(guān)。機(jī)組正常發(fā)電。

4. The biogas generator set is operated at the rated speed for a few minutes, and the high-voltage output switch at the generator end is closed. The unit generates electricity normally.

后需要注意，沼氣發(fā)電機(jī)組維護(hù)：300小時(shí)，更換一次機(jī)油，每月更換空濾機(jī)油濾。長期不用要每隔一段時(shí)間啟動(dòng)一次，每次運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)半小時(shí)。希望以上的介紹能給用戶帶來幫助。

1、電瓶電量不足檢查電瓶充電量。

1. Check the battery charging capacity when the battery is low.

2、電瓶線及插頭松動(dòng)。

3、火花塞點(diǎn)不了火。建議更換火花塞，因?yàn)榛鸹ㄈ且缀钠罚?/p>

4. Gas pipeline blockage

Over time, a large amount of water has accumulated in the flame arrester, and gas cannot be supplied. Or in winter in the north, it freezes inside.

5、沼氣里甲烷成份不穩(wěn)定，或者甲烷濃度不夠。

5. The methane composition in biogas is unstable or the methane concentration is insufficient.

6、電壓板、調(diào)速板、執(zhí)行器、速度傳感器等回路故障。檢查相應(yīng)的設(shè)備及回路。

6. Voltage board, speed control board, actuator, speed sensor and other circuit faults. Check the corresponding equipment and circuits.
