一.天然氣發(fā)電機(jī)組使用燃?xì)獾囊螅?/p>

1、 Requirements for the use of gas in natural gas generator sets:

燃?xì)獍l(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的燃料以天然氣為主，也可以使用油田伴生氣、液化石油氣、沼氣等可燃性氣體。所用的氣體應(yīng)通過干燥脫水，達(dá)到無游離水、原油和輕質(zhì)油，其低熱值不應(yīng)低于31.4mj/m3,總硫含量不大于480mg/m3,硫化氫含量不大于20mg/m3.此外天然氣輸送壓力在0.08－0.30MAP范圍內(nèi)

機(jī)油是用來潤(rùn)滑天然氣發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的運(yùn)動(dòng)件并對(duì)這些運(yùn)動(dòng)件起到冷卻散熱、帶走雜質(zhì)和防止銹的作用。其品質(zhì)的好壞除對(duì)燃?xì)獍l(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的性能和使用壽命有影響外，對(duì)機(jī)油的使用期限有一定的影響。為此，應(yīng)根據(jù)天然氣發(fā)電機(jī)組燃?xì)獍l(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的使用環(huán)境溫度來選適當(dāng)?shù)臋C(jī)油。天然氣發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)盡可能使用燃?xì)獍l(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)專用機(jī)油15W40CD或15W40CC等

用于冷卻系統(tǒng)的直接冷卻發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的冷卻液通常使用清潔的淡水，雨水或經(jīng)澄清的河水為宜.當(dāng)天然氣發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)在低于0度的環(huán)境條件使用時(shí)，應(yīng)嚴(yán)防冷卻液凍結(jié)，致使零件凍裂。可根據(jù)溫度來配用適當(dāng)凝點(diǎn)的防凍液或在起動(dòng)前加注熱水，但停車后應(yīng)立即放水。

The coolant used for direct cooling engines in the cooling system is usually clean fresh water, rainwater, or clarified river water. When natural gas engines are used in environmental conditions below 0 degrees Celsius, it is necessary to strictly prevent the coolant from freezing, which may cause parts to freeze and crack. Antifreeze with appropriate freezing point can be used according to temperature or hot water can be added before starting, but water should be drained immediately after parking.
