由于潤(rùn)滑油或油酯的化學(xué)特性及機(jī)械磨損后發(fā)生的鐵屑，這些不止降低了它的潤(rùn)滑效果，還會(huì)損壞其它零部件，一同由于潤(rùn)滑油對(duì)橡膠密封圈有一定的腐蝕效果，其它油封本身也隨時(shí)而老化使其密封效果下降。
